I paid cash for my house over 20 years ago with money I earned, invested and saved, while in my early 40's, trailer trash.

Just another little FYI.... you didn't need to capitalize "Mommies" because it's not a proper noun nor is it an official title.

Also, the proper possessive form of the word is "mommy's".

You used the plural version.

Example:

mommy's = belongs to mommy.

mommies = more than one mommy.

No charge for the English lesson, but if you were a man, you'd have stayed in school and paid attention to your lessons.

The S&P500 is down less than 14% from its high. That is not particularly tanking, and is not tanking at all compared to the rest of the economy. The stock market is not taking down the rest of the economy, and in fact is doing much better than the rest of the economy. The one thing our current financial problems have nothing to do with is the stock market. I don't know if you noticed, but there is a pandemic happening, and that is causing much of the financial problems.

Money from around the world is fleeing risk for the lower risk of the US stock market. I don't know if I would make those decisions, given how unstable trump is, but that is what the foreign investors are doing.

But not only has Stone gotten all the financial facts wrong, he thinks people are cheering something that is not even happening.

The stock market is not crashing. It is not even technically a bear market. The technical definition of a bear market is when the S&P 500 drops 20% from its high. We were in a pretty bad crash, but then pulled out of it. The stock market is down a bit from its high, but not much, and almost none considering how bad the economy is doing.

Camille Paglia calls it....so many Americans, especially the young, have not the first fucking clue what a hard life looks like, what the lives of our ancestors looked like....they are so deeply ignorant of history as a direct result of the education system failing. Remember too that what is called history in the schools is now mostly social engineering indoctrination.

I say that many are so thick in the head that it will take more than a year of Depression for them to get a clue.

Welfare was cut to the bone 25 years ago. Now there is basically a two years limit on cash payments, and a give year lifetime limit. There are some exceptions, but very few. That has been reality for 25 years, as I mentioned. No one is getting a free ride on Welfare.

America has skimpy benefits for the poor.
