So who actually believes China manufactured COVID in a lab?

I have rolled my eyes at this for a while now as a conspiracy theory, but I must admit...this article revealing State Department documents expressing urgent concern for China's dangerous testing with bat-related viruses, specifically coronavirus, does give me pause. This still doesn't indicate intent or malice, but it is starting to look like negligent experimentation may have set this whole thing in motion.

"A Chinese laboratory at the center of new theories about how the coronavirus pandemic started was the subject of multiple urgent warnings inside the U.S. State Department two years ago, according to a new report. U.S. Embassy officials warned in January 2018 about inadequate safety at the Wuhan Institute of Virology lab and passed on information about scientists conducting risky research on coronavirus from bats, The Washington Post reported Tuesday."

I can see this. No doubt they have been experimenting with bio-weapons and it probably escaped from a lab.

Man there really are some dumb 'Chinks' over there. Create and let it loose--otherwise why do it? Create it let it loose within your country? Brilliant. Even by accident? They're that sloppy? Does anyone know if WUHAN has some secret germ lab there? Obvious question.

By the way, CHINESE conspiracy theories are floating over there. Americans are a VERY mobile population, we go everywhere legally with passports. GIULIANI, Trump's conspiracy whisperer, is as stupid (stupider) than other cultural's life forms. Zhao Lijian, a Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesman, called attention to the admission Wednesday by Robert Redfield, the director of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, that some Americans who were said to have died from influenza may have actually died from the coronavirus (COVID-19).

"When did patient zero begin in US? How many people are infected?" "What are the names of the hospitals?

It might be U.S. Army who brought the epidemic to Wuhan. Be transparent! Make public your data! U.S. owe us an explanation!"...

Chinese labs have had accidents before, and China hid this one as long as they could.
Then blamed it on a wet market ? does that sound plausible -or does a contamination error seem more so?
