Conservative lies about COVID-19 have killed 9,600 Americans so far.

That's more than the number of Americans killed by Al Qaeda on 9/11 (2,977) and the 19 years of War in Afghanistan (2,400) COMBINED.

After today, Conservative lies about COVID-19 will have killed more Americans than the Iraq War, Afghan War, and 9/11 COMBINED.

Every single Conservative is responsible.

Conservatives on this board were repeating those lies in an effort to prolong the pandemic.

Their ultimate goal by doing so is to cancel the 2020 elections they know they have no chance to win.

That is a big jump from being wrong or incompetent to canceling an election.

Does the Constitution or any emergency legislation include any provisions for canceling an election?

People were claiming Obama was going to declare martial law and cancel the 2016 election. All typical of the "paranoid style" of American politics.

Well you had Trump say that mail-in voting would result in the GOP losing, and then you had the Speaker of the Georgia State House say the exact same thing two days later.

Place that in the context of their bungled response, coming off a second consecutive election cycle where they were wiped out, and it's not a stretch to see how they see this crisis as a way to maintain their illegitimate hold on power.

Of course, you think they are acting in good faith, even as you sit at home thanks to Trump and the GOP not taking this seriously.

The Constitution didn't permit Trump to abuse his office for political gain by blackmailing a foreign country into interfering in the election, but he got away with that, so here we are...

There was no pandemic in 2016.

There was no emergency in 2016.

So why would Obama have cancelled the 2016 election, and why are Conservatives opposed to mail-in balloting today?

In Washington, California, and New York Liberal lies are directly responsible for the mounting death count. Directly. All of them should be held liable for this. Trump called it a hoax early on.

New York shut down about 4 weeks ago, while Florida had spring break on the beach with Florida just then other day closing up.

As for New York, California & Washington that's where a lot of Chinese immigrants & tourists are.

To stay in office. You are trying to find a rational explanation for wacko conspiracies.

Hopefully the problem will be over by November and mail-in ballots will not be required. My guess is that Republicans believe there is more cheating with mail-in ballots (which the FBI confirms) and they think it will increase turn-out.

These are not normal times. If he doesn't want to cancel the election, why does he oppose mail-in balloting?

You still think they act in good faith? Even after they lied about this virus for the last three months?
