I stayed with it for three minutes and he sounded perfectly cogent and reasonably informed for someone who is answering off-the-cuff to unscripted questions.

In fact, if you had to sit right next to Biden and answer unscipted questions on national TV, Biden would look like Einstein next to you and people might suspect you are mentally slow.
