Well, that is NOT a pardon then. Accepting a pardon is accepting guilt. If Flynn wants to clear his name, he wants a trial.
The fact is Flynn plead guilty. So either Flynn is guilty... OR he is guilty of perjury when he said he was guilty. Either way, he is a felon.

I think its because the heroism of people like Flynn are a stark reminder of their own cowardice. It forces them to look inward and as we all know the left never has liked looking in the mirror at itself because there is no hiding the uglyness then.

If he accepts a pardon, he will be found guilty for life. There is no legal way to reverse that. He can even reverse a conviction, and he might be able to reverse his pleading guilty. He cannot reverse a pardon.
Funny you should mention that. Flynn bad mouthed almost every military leader he served with, and trump has bad mouthed the rest. Ever wonder where the hangers on were with Flynn? An officer quickly moving up in the ranks, and NO ONE wanted to attach themselves to him? It was because they did not like him.
Convictions can be overturned. Pardons can NOT be overturned. If Flynn takes a pardon, there is no way to clear his name. I doubt he would be able to clear his name, the evidence is air tight, but if you think he can... he should avoid a pardon.
Flynn was always able to not plead guilty, and he can reject a pardon. He made the decision to accept guilt, and it looks like he is making the decision to accept guilt again.
I think Flynn is the type that he will do anything to avoid punishment. Honor has no position in his calculations of what to do next. This is a man who sold his propaganda services to the Russians after all.

The Army saw leadership potential in Gen. Flynn. He served honorably and should be respected for his sacrifice in Iraq and Afghanistan.
