There are levels of fluency, Miss Marple. I have heard her English (which isn’t her first or native language) and she is fluent.

I am fluent (read, write and speak) in two (2) languages and conversant in a third, Miss Marple. How do you compare to my and Melania’s language skills?

Mo Berg, the Major League Catcher (great movie...”The Catcher was a Spy”) was fluent in seven languages but “couldn’t hit in one.”

The average woman speaks one language, Melania is not average in any aspect, especially her beauty and carriage and class.

I think this video tells the story, Mr. Earl. Btw, I never criticized Melania's looks but she doesn't hold a candle to Hillary, Laura and Michelle in intelligence.

Melania sure has not impressed anyone with her brains? She has not made a notable utterance since she got in the Whitehouse. Europeans are surrounded closely by foreign languages and pick them up through engaging with their citizens. Americans are the weakest in foreign languages. So we assign intelligence to what is picked up by life.
