Imagine this: You’re out with your family in one of the parks in New York state where you can actually see the stars when it gets dark. You look up in the sky, see a constellation, and you point upwards to show your kids. Along comes a park ranger demanding to see your Stargazing Permit, and issues you a citation because you didn’t know you needed such a permit. That’s right, the state of New York is now demanding us peasants give them money so we can look up at the sky. This is totally a real thing, as it shows up on the state’s permitting for “Parks, Recreation, and Historic Preservation” schedule:

STARGAZING PERMIT Requirements: Fee of $35.00, $60-Out of State –Vehicle Registration and Driver’s License Required Permit allows after sunset parking for stargazing only, valid January 1 -December 31at:

Hither Hills -Except July & August

Jones Beach -West End 2 and Field 6

Montauk Point –Upper Parking Lot

Robert Moses -Field 2

Gov. Alfred E. Smith/Sunken Meadow -Field1 & Field 3

Wildwood –Main Parking Lot

Unbelievable?:whoa:

You are making the claim.

The burden is on you to provide reputable links and information to support your claim.

Did you stop having gay sex in men's restrooms? PROVE ME WRONG!
uh-uh. Onus is on you, fuckface.

I linked a source more reliable than you or me, which is the whole purpose of sourcing.

And gay sex references are all about you, not me. Stop projecting. lol

It’s a parking permit, you fucking idiot.

It’s a parking permit to use those parks for a year, cunt. State parks have fees, moron.

Fucking loser.
That's why it's called a Star Gazing Permit, right dumbass? lol

It's a Star Gazing Permit specific to Star Gazing.

If you're having trouble comprehending this, call Mr. Gorman. I'm sure you both will have great phone sex after he explains it to you in detail. ;)

And I though the conservatives on this forum had sunk to the bottom of the barrel, but "Michael savage" as a source? For real?

Nobody cares, you don't like New York, don't go there, I don't think they are going to miss a "Michael Savage" diehard

The only important part of your post is the source is Michael Savage. You can gaze at the stars all you want. There are some parks that limit access at night, so the permit is to gain access to a few parks at night.

trump has advocated for executing black kids for being in a park after dark. Many parks do not allow anyone in. Charging a fee to enter a park after dark seems like a lessor burden.

By the way, it is only in Long Island, and is mostly to keep outsiders out of the park. It is meant to be more expensive to outsiders.

Don't get too excited, you fucking degenerates.

I'm sure Mr. Gorman masturbates over these mandates, too.

It is a fee to park after closing in five specified State Parks in New York, did you think the State staffed State Parks 24 hours a day without compensation? It is a common benefit recieved fee, nothing uncommon, nothing abnormal, well, unless you are a radio demogogue running short of fabrication needed to draw an audience to sell security systems and mattresses
