The aid package was passed by the house. Once it was passed, Trump had no power to stop it. Trump violated the Impoundment Control Act which is a crime. That is what the impeachment covers. it has nothing to do with the house vote. Trump was not involved in that.

The problem is not about who voted for the aid. It is about Trump stopping it, committing a violation of the Impoundment Control Act. No matter what those house members voted for, it has nothing to do with the violation. Their votes have nothing to do with impeachment. Rightys are distracting again.
