Biden Says He’d Defy Subpoena to Testify in Trump’s Senate Trial

Returning to the campaign trail after Christmas, former Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr. on Friday stood by his comments that he would not comply with a subpoena to testify at President Trump’s impeachment trial in the Senate.

The funny part is that by even saying that, he totally undermined the Democrats’ case for impeaching President Trump.

Dims are supposedly impeaching Trump for “contempt of congress” for refusing to answer House Dim subpoenas.

So Biden’s response? .....to refuse Senate Republican subpoenas, of course.

The problem? The House doesn’t have the authority to subpoena executive branch officials. The Senate DOES have all of the authority needed to subpoena private citizens. And Joe Biden is a private citizen.

Actually the senate doesn't need joe to testify. Just show the VIDEO of biden bragging to reporters that he threatened to withhold money from ukraine unless they stopped investigating his son for corruption. And that happened when he was VP under the illiterate kenyan.

The Republicans TOOK THEIR CASE TO COURT, REQUIRING THE POLITBURO TO DEFEND/SHOW CAUSE for THEIR SUBPOENAS, and the STALINOCRATS BAILED....so, sorry...NO.BIDEN WILL HABVE TO DO THE SAME...or else.
