the idea is POTUS can seek injunctive relief from Congressional subpoenas thru the court, and not be charged with Obstruction of Congress/Justice..

We have held that people have to respond to subpoenas forever. Nobody ignored them and no president ordered others in his admin or who may have knowledge to simply ignore them.
