is the 99% of the case, just insults. The Sailor MO, of which I'm familiar, is he develops in himself a personae
for argument by ethos. But he never backs it up with knowledge or thoughtfulness in argument development.
Maybe he doesn't have the time. But, it is what it is. There is no there there. No sense waiting.
One thing is obvious, if he takes aim, it's because he sees you as an e-threat to his little pathetic ego.
Nothing gets under his skin as much as when he perceives your own self esteem. That REALLY pisses him off.

He gave up doing the right thing. When Kelly wanted to make sure everyone involved with the administration had legitimate clearances., Trump just overruled him. That means there are people in his cartel who are operating without proper clearance. Kelly tried but he did not realize he was a figurehead to supply Daffy with a whisp of legitimacy. Trump threw that away.
