Conservatives think parts of the Constitution are "fake"

WRONG. The 2nd amendment is binding upon the States. It allows any weapon. It does not specify a weapon by type.

Then you are unfamiliar with many state laws which prohibit certain weapons (assault rifles and assault pistols).

If the 2nd allowed any weapon states would not be able to prohibit them. Courts have upheld the constitutionality of those laws.

he is completely ignorant of our entire history

cities had thousands of examples of banning guns. No court treated the bill of rights as something that pertained to the states - because everyone understood how our fucking laws worked.

this guy fell of the turnip truck recently and has no idea how ignorant he is

Zymurgy = Into the Night

They're the same poster, switching between accounts to give the impression that there's more broad support for their beliefs and positions than there actually is.

It's like clockwork...zymurgy makes a shitty argument, gets smacked down by board liberals, then suddenly Into the Night appears and just starts spamming the debate by calling everything a fallacy so they don't have to defend their shitty arguments.

Give it up, man. We know the game now. You've been running that same, garbage play since forever. It's not clever or smart. It's desperate.

No State supreme court has authority to change the State constitution or the U.S. Constitution. States do not have authority to prohibit them.

What's really hilarious is when Into the Night loses track of which account they're using and starts posting in zymurgy's voice.

the shitty argument that the incorporation of the bill of rights is a real thing?

They do not have the authority to do so. Such laws have been struck down time and time again, both by State supreme courts and by the U.S. Supreme Court.

I seriously doubt there are more than a half dozen Conservative posters on this board.

But each one of those posters probably has about a dozen ID's.

Look, we know you're spamming accounts to inflate support because that was the chief tactic of the teabags on the internet 10 years ago. You're not the kind of people who can come up with new ideas, instead you just rehash old ones, half-assedly.
