In an interview with Jane Meyer published in the New Yorker, James Murdoch, Rupert Murdoch’s son, suggested that his father’s media empire has destroyed America.

“The connective tissue of our society is being manipulated to make us fight with each other, making us the worst versions of ourselves,” James said. “There are views I really disagree with on Fox,” he added. Plus, he admitted that he goes periods of time when he doesn’t speak to his father.

I'm pretty sure he was the ONE that was going to take over the BIZ. He got into a lot a shit with his father's flagship newspaper (TABLOID) in London when it was RAIDED by MI 'whatver', computers and files confiscated and the entire operation was shuttered after a 100+years. Egregious wiretapping of politicians, royals, stars and private citizens. There were lawsuits out the ass. It even took down DAVID CAMERON's Chief of Staff as one of its 'trash' collectors including getting or giving out private #'s to be TAPPED. But Cameron walked out and I'm sure made a fortune somewhere.

There's another Murdoch brother, maybe he'll take the reins. (The sister as I remember divorced herself from it all a long time ago).
