To the contrary- the Resolution was passed and remains to this day the only legal definition of the borders of Izrael and Palestine.

Fact? The only facts here are it was never implemented. It is invalid. And the other fact that Arabs are good at fucking things up.

You seem to have a mental block. What you are trying to sell is not historical fact at all. It is made up. Do you know anything about how the UN works? Resolution 181 was voted on by the General assembly. Resolutions voted on by the General assembly are recommendations. Only. They are not legally binding. Those only happen under the Security Council. So even though it passed, it is not legally binding, and even then Arabs refused it. And started a civil war which is why is was never implemented.

You really should educate yourself before implying you know about this subject. Obviously you do not.

OK- I'll play. UN Resolution 181 was responsible for the legal basis of a Jewish homeland. It superseded the British Mandate for Palestine, by British abrogation, and, as such, became the overseer of Palestine which was partitioned to provide a homeland for both Jews and Arabs. Without Res. 181 there would be no Jewish homeland. The Zionists didn't just exit Europe and enter Palestine without legal basis.

Of course, you're free to believe otherwise- but you'd be wrong.

You're also wrong to believe that the General Assembly has no legal weight. The Security Council is the executive arm of the General Assembly. In fact- in circumstances detrimental to peace the General Assembly is empowered to over-rule the Security Council.

Of course the Arabs didn't. It was a travesty of justice and customary law to impose the Zionists upon the Palestinians. Nevertheless- the Resolution passed regardless of the Arab protests. That's democracy for you. And so the Jewish homeland emerged- in the middle of somebody else's and with internationally-accepted legality. Then the illegal stuff started.

No- Resolution 181 stands. All Resolutions stand unless nullified by the General Assembly. You're wrong again, unfortunately.

As for your claim that only Izraelis are legally entitled to Palestine- well- what can I say. I'd be dignifying the absurd with comment.

Arabs nullified it themselves. They have spent decades doing that. If you would care to show anyone where Palestinians are legally entitled to Palestine feel free. The UN certainly does not recognize that. I am sure it will be from some obscure blog with no basis of fact. That appears to be where you get your information from.

Under no law, mandate or any venue legally binding are Palestinians legally entitled to Palestine. You know that or you would have proven it already. Even Resolution 181 does not mention Palestinians anywhere. Only Arabs.
 
All occupants of Palestine under the British Mandate and UN oversight were known as Palestinians, Arabs, Jews and everybody else. There weren't any ' Izraelis' until 1948.

Now , are you going to demonstrate that Palestinians have no right to Palestine or have you realized the futility of your claim and looking for an out ?

Not at all. Feel free to show that in Resolution 181. The wording is quite specific. Obviously you are commenting on something you have never read. I have already shown, time and time again, that Palestinians have no right to Palestine. With facts.
I dislike having to repeat myself that you should get educated on these facts and not some fantasy you have in your head. You truly are making yourself look like fool. After reading some of your other threads and the responses to them, that seems to be standard operating procedure with you.
