Palin.... keep up with the Obamas

well the thing is you could use that statement and leave the name as a blank space and would work for just about every politician we have

It would seem it IS indeed realistic to compare the Rep VP to the Dem Presidential candidate.

I like that "left wing attacks" as opposed to standard media srcutiny or the fact that no one knew who the hell she was before Friday "made certain people watched (sic)" Palin last night.

The speech was mostly for the base. I don't see it moving much.

It would have helped to have the bio-pic shown before her speech as was planned. Rudy 9iul1an1 spoke for way too long and they had to cut it out of the program (Aside: should we all commend Rudy for speaking unscripted? Is he now fit to be VP?)
 
no bump for McCain immideatly after picking her. If he gets one we will not see it till wenesday or so. If Obama is still at 50, I say it's over.

ya... and i thought it would get slower but it hasent... i also got maried last weeken... so now i have to deal with all the projects i have been putting off all summer.

ive been out fishing only ounce... cought a 23" walleye though.

hoping to get out one more time before we have to pull the docks and boat for winter

I plan on taking the boat out this weeekend, will see how the ol back handles it.
The grandkids want to do some water playing before summer is gone.

While there was some certainly tough, but fair, scrutiny on the issues, she was also indeed attacked by the left wing nuts. Questioning whether her child was actually her child. Mocking her because her teenage daughter is pregnant. THAT is not "standard media scrutiny".

The speech was certainly designed for the base, as was 95% of the content of the DNC speeches we heard last week. I think it moves the polls due to the energizing effect she is appearing to have on the base. Shifting some undecided or 'I'm not voting' Reps into the McCain camp.

thanks... i dont think i would have concidered it with anyone elsethat i have knowen so far in my life. plus weve been togeather for 7 years so it was time. and actuly she has actuly started to relax.

i just talked to my brother and were actuly going to go drown some minniows this weekend, cant wait.
