It does not matter. If Trump said "I dropped by the 911 ruins once," nobody would argue. He did a photo op near enough to pretend he cared. But he said he spent a lot of time down there, so much that he was nearly a first responder. He said that in front of real first responders. That is unforgivable and Trumpian as hell.
