Trump's approval with Republicans rose by 5 points after his racist tweets

He dislikes this country. That's what MAGA is all about.

DUH! You're the one bitching and moaning. Don't blame us you're too incompetent to come up with an original thought.

You obviously didn't watch one of the dim debates. When asked if they were for free health care for illegals they were unanimous for it.
But you're right, nobody's for it except for dim candidates.

You probably should try reading instead of putting words in other people's mouths. Notice how the candidates are in favor of a STUDY about the effects of slavery and discrimination and what, if anything, should be done. They also are not defining "reparations" as cash given out. Only one favors that.

"Marianne Williamson: The best-selling author is the only candidate, despite her long-shot bid, to present a plan with specifics. She proposed $100 billion in reparations or $10 billion a year to be distributed over 10 years for economic and educational projects , Williamson told CNN in January."

They certainly are (as well as Booker, Sanders, Gillibrand, Bennet)...How can any of their supporters not know that (even though you know that the Vast majority of Ds are praying that entire discussion... that very divisive discussion.... would just go away...)

You forgot to wipe the stupid from your eyes this morning, dear. lol

See my reply to Moose. Ask one of the hounds to read the article to you. The others will explain it.

Unfortunately, some of the Democratic candidates are in favor of reparations, while the rest are straddling the fence on the issue. The inability to clearly denounce reparations is hurting all of the candidates.

They are in favor of a STUDY regarding reparations. But you're right; it's a stupid idea and they should just say so. You know, like Bernie did. The study thing is just lip service, IMO.

"Sen. Bernie Sanders: In 2016, Sanders was dismissive of reparations, saying, "First of all, its likelihood of getting through Congress is nil. Second of all, I think it would be very divisive."

"During an appearance last month on "The View," Sanders doubled down on his position: "I think that right now, our job is to address the crises facing the American people and our communities, and I think there are better ways to do that than just writing out a check."

"However, on April 5, Sanders told Rev. Al Sharpton that, if elected, he would support Democratic Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee's bill, setting up a commission to study reparations. "If the House and Senate pass that bill of course I would sign it ... There needs to be a study," Sanders said the National Action Network conference.""

Reparations talk IS lip service lol.

And here’s the service: with black employment numbers at record levels democrats don’t have an issue that resonates with the black community. How does one claim that things suck for blacks when their jobs-level is better than ever?

So democrats have resorted to dangling the reparations carrot to black voters. If I was black I would be insulted by such a craven tactic—no doubt, at least some, and perhaps many of them are.

There are many issues the Democrats have that resonate with black voters. Black voters want better paying jobs, they want healthcare. They wish for infrastructure improvements in their communities. They want further reforms to the criminal justice system. Their wants are the same as everyone else.

You’re getting there lol.

Everyone is the same. Everyone likes jobs and a strong economy. So why are democrats dangling the reparations carrot to black voters? They know it would never pass through Congress.

Are they trying to trick blacks into voting democrat?

You need to get there, if you think black people can be “tricked”, you have a long way to go.

Exactly...

Well, no, Snowflake.

Blacks have been "plantation-ed" by Democrats for decades. They have been told to just vote for us and everything will be great. It wasn't.

President Trump has actually delivered for them with a booming economy and the lowest unemployment for Blacks and Hispanics in memory.

Anyone can be tricked. When the Blacks believed the empty promises by Democrats, for their votes, they were tricked...by the Democrats.

Lose the racist crap...the word is now meaningless..thanks to dishonest people like you, Snowflake. The truth will stand til the end of time and the truth isn't racist.

Get a clue, Snowflake.

What???? Anyone can be tricked... (You're the one who's been tricked if you think I'm the slightest bit racist, btw...;).....
You agree with racists TOP. I don’t care about your personal life.
I don’t know you in real time. I just see you here thanking the post of people who think blacks can be tricked by giving them free stuff. You hang with the racists on this forum. If you aren’t racists, it not a good look to be friends with racists.

We know progressives like to say working class whites vote against their economic interests. Because in their mind higher taxes, more government programs and more government control over the economy is in the best interest of the working class. And thus Republicans "trick" working class whites into voting for them. And thus the working class is racist and deplorable etc.

(and in the progressive mind saying the white working class is being tricked is ok but as we've seen in subsequent posts asking if black people are being tricked is racist because they just can't help themselves and calling people racist is what they do)

How many working class whites would say they are being tricked into voting Republican? Some may but I can't imagine a whole lot would. Same goes with blacks or any other group (or individual) and voting Democrat. One of the reasons I became a Republican as a youth was their constant refrain of fiscal conservatism. One could argue I was tricked as they have shown over and over it's something they mostly pay lip service too.

Political parties make promises all the time they can't/don't keep. In that sense we are all being tricked. (and I'm sure that last sentence is racist somehow as well)
