Bernie Sanders calls for “21st Century Bill of Rights”

but open borders for unskilled labor is?

Jack: "... and to the Working Class. Importation of Third World Labor to replace American Labor is NOT a winning strategy."
Anatta: "but open borders for unskilled labor is?"

Try to read this and think what it means ----->"Importation of Third World Labor to replace American Labor is NOT a winning strategy."<-----

No, of course not. It's much easier to engage in fear-mongering via cut-and-paste.

A common thread of the folks that support trash like Trump and the rest of the current day GOP is an aversion to learning. They are regressive in attitude and intellect. It shows in all of their opinions and preferred policies. They are dinosaurs who should be going extinct and they likely are when we observe the state of the planet, but sadly they are ruining things for the people who know and deserve better and who actually work at improving and sustaining the positive stuff. These right wingers are the pathetic clichés who really do vote against their own best interests.

In your opinion what are some of the big policy positions that would show one has a keen intellect and an affinity for learning?

This post should be in the Smithsonian for the worst pile of horse mierda in America.

What criteria are you using to determine what the “best interests” are for various people when it comes to voting?

That's what the Koch brothers want, apparently.

Didn't DEMOCRATS demonize them for decades?

I expect that will change now.

Kudos to Bernie Sanders as he knocks it out of the park...AGAIN!!!

Sen. Bernie Sanders delivered a vigorous defense of democratic socialism in a lengthy speech at George Washington University on Wednesday. He called for a "21st Century Bill of Rights," invoking the legacy of Franklin D. Roosevelt and the New Deal while taking aim at President Trump.

Such brilliance it should have been televised by every network live.

Here's what Bernie is advocating for:

""A Bill of Rights that establishes once and for all that every American, regardless of his or her income, is entitled to:

The right to a decent job that pays a living wage
The right to quality health care
The right to a complete education
The right to affordable housing
The right to a clean environment
The right to a secure retirement""

For starters you're advocating for massive government involvement in the economy to "create" jobs for everyone

As far as affordable housing are you pushing for the elimination of private property? Because no matter how progressive someone claims to be watch their reaction if you try to take their property or build affordable housing near them and have it affect their property values. Where do you envision this likely government run affordable housing to be built and funded?

One of my favorite lines here in the Bay Area is fighting to keep "neighborhood character". Allow me to translate that for you. It means we don't want new development and we definitely don't want increased density in our neighborhood via multi-family development.

How would you define a "complete" education?
