Impossible at this point. As I pointed out in the Seattle is Dying thread (or something similar) once the loonies and deviants take over there's no going back. They attract more and more of those and chase out the rationals. Either live with it or move. I've net several at my Hawaii address from Cali that just couldn't take it anymore and got the eff out.

That's exactly what my Hawaii neighbors said. What kind of mainstream normal person would want to live around people like evince, McSlawber, militant racists like IQ64, etc.?
I saw the same thing in New Orleans.
Yet there were the provincial hard cores from generations that couldn't fathom living anywhere else. They have money yet for vacation go no farther than the Mississippi Gulf Coast where they hang out with their next door neighbors from N.O. Any further than that and they're like fish out of water. Can't even handle Baton Rouge, 90 mi. up river.
They have to send their kids to expensive private schools, pay extra for private police protection in their neighborhoods, they all have had personal friends and family that have been murdered, yet they hang on.
