Let’s be clear, the left wants illegals (non-citizens) to vote, drive cars and be counted as citizens.

Why, because they put votes ahead of the security of the American citizens.

Nothing will change. The total population will still be counted.

We will have an accurate picture of the population.

They have no reason to answer it untruthfully in CA. They're considered an oppressed status (notice I didn't say minority) therefore get preferential treatment.
The latest is free health care paid for by a penalty paid by U.S. citizens. Go figure.

That is something. One of the most fucked up things I have ever seen a local, state or Federal Govt do. It is getting to the point why should anyone in this country obey the laws?

Laws can be selectively enforced by DEMOCRATS, as they were in the Jussie "The Joke" Smollet case, Cap'n.

Republicans wants to know where all the non-citizens live so they can gerrymander those districts into suppressing the legitimate votes of actual citizens in those areas of population-

That is the main reason- and the 2nd reason is laying out a map for ICE to pick up non-citizens and throw people out of the country.

And of course the 3rd reason is to distort population counts so that they are under represented by the appropriate number of House of Representatives Congressional seats.

The 4th reason is to know which areas to underfund with Government programs by defining them as havens for non-citizens.

Basically, it is an old and tired Republican trick to illegally and unconstitutionally suppress the votes of Democrats and keep their concerns unrepresented in Washington by taking an unfair advantage over them.
