Blonde bimbo Biden set up an unauthorized customer account at Bigelow Pharmacy on Sixth Avenue in Greenwich Village, and racked up a six-figure bill over the course of a year, according to the criminal complaint that does not name the victim card owner.

She’ll stay out of jail even if she fails to live up to the plea deal, instead getting sentenced on the felony larceny to five years probation.

Defense lawyer Ira London declined to comment.

Biden was also in court in 2014, on charges of resisting arrest, obstruction of justice and harassment stemming from a dust-up with her roommate.

In that case, the silver-spoon Georgetown University grad was accused of taking a swing at a female cop who responded to a drag out fight over unpaid rent between Biden and her roommate.

“I shouldn’t be handcuffed!” Biden railed at the time. “You don’t know who you’re doing this to!”

She was given another sweetheart deal in that case: a promise that the charges would be dismissed.

The charges were dismissed.

One of the senator's sons -- Hunter, a Washington lobbyist -- and the senator's brother, James --received a $1 million investment in their purchase of a hedge fund company from the senator's largest political donor, an Illinois law firm, SimmonsCooper.

At about the same time, the firm also steered dozens of asbestos litigation cases to a Delaware law firm where the senator's late son, Beau, worked before moving on to become attorney general of the state of Delaware. Beau Biden was credited with acquiring the Illinois client for his firm whose long time managing partner described himself as a "Biden family friend".

The DEMOCRATS' vice presidential candidate, who was a senator in Washington since 1972 when Obama was 11 years old, claimed he did not know about any of the sons' or brother's business dealings with the law firm, whose representatives lobbied his office in the past.
