Your claim was that the title was a lie. The title is supported by the text. He agree to do it. Whether or not he actually followed through and paid is irrelevant to that fact and your claim.

It went south because Kim already owned trump the first time. He was just pulling a Charlie Brown/Lucy maneuver. He got trump to travel across the world, and left him sitting at the table.

No U.S POTUS gave N.K the satisfaction of being recognized on the world stage.
