I have always maintained that there is a strong INCEL-fueled resentment infused in the anti-reproductive choice movement.

Why should I pay for the sexual habits, or lack of self control of others. Condoms are a buck at any gas station birth control is covered by most insurance companies. It is not punishment for the woman she made a choice it is punishment for the human life being extinguished. I am fine with people using birth control and having all the sex they want responsibly, even as a Christian. Would I prefer they wait for marriage yep, but I also believe in freedom, just not the freedom to kill a human life. Many of your points were ok, just do not force tax payers to foot the bill, you whine about religion pushing it's views on you, which we can't of course, but then want Christians to fund your immorality. Raise children who are taught self control, and accountability those two things are lacking in todays upbringing and is killing our country!

Science says the heartbeats at or before 6 weeks that is life even in your terms scientifically, it also says dna transfer is complete at conception idiot. That egg and sperm are now one, and a human being, no mater how much you want to say differently!

In fact, in the rare chance that a woman did consent to have sex with you, she probably took a dozen Plan B's the next day so that your inferior genes wouldn't proliferate in society.

Hopefully the courts will overturn this ridiculous ruling well in advance of the predictable outcomes.

Many (if not most) women are unaware of their pregnancy at that point. A law that criminalizes a medical procedure at that point of a pregnancy shows once more that the States cannot be trusted to pass legislation regarding abortion. Federal protections are required and that fact is more vivid than ever.

In the long run, for a woman’s right to privacy, this may be a blessing in disguise.
