Obamacare: The Biggest Insurance Scam in History

Nobody is a bigger leech than you, banjofuck.

You breathe oxygen to which you're not entitled.

If you're not too diseased, you might be adequate for use as landfill.

Landfill doesn't have to breathe.

Tough talk from such a pussy. Still hiding in Boston?

I'm not lying.

Conservatives lie.

Like Julie Boonstra, who lied that the ACA raised her insurance costs when they actually declined by $2,400.

You lied about your investigative abilities. You said you could do all sorts of things, were given detailed directions about where to come to do it, yet you refused to show up.

Because health insurance companies hide shit in the fine print.

Or they just lie.

Whichever.

And you don't feel any responsibility for what you buy, right? You're faith and trust is with the corrupt federal government, correct? You believe you'll get a better deal from the Democrats and Republicans in Congress? How much are you willing to pay for government single payer? How many GAPS do you believe will be in a single payer system? How long are you willing to wait for doctor's appointments, and hospital care? Who do you want to decide your treatments and your end of life time? Who do you want to decide about when to pull the plug on you and your family?

And you don't feel any responsibility for what you buy, right?

How about instead of that, an insurance company operates ethically?

You're faith and trust is with the corrupt federal government, correct?

I trust elected officials more than I trust un-elected, greedy insurance executives.

If you want a government that isn't corrupt, stop electing people who are opposed to it as an institution.

Conservatives say government is the problem, then get elected and prove it.

How much are you willing to pay for government single payer?

I'd be perfectly OK with raising the Medicare Tax up to 6-8% from the 1.45% it currently is if it means I no longer have to pay premiums, deductibles, coinsurance, copays, or drug costs.

How many GAPS do you believe will be in a single payer system

None, because everyone is enrolled in the same insurance plan. That's what a single payer is, doofus; everyone enrolled on the same plan, paying the same premium (in this case, a flat % of your income).

How long are you willing to wait for doctor's appointments, and hospital care?

Probably less of a wait then now, plus single payer has the added benefit of no provider networks which means I could go to any doctor I want.

You can't do that right now. You can only see doctors in your provider network. Single payer increases your choice. Private insurance limits your choice. So it's weird that you would prefer a system that restricts your choice of provider over one that doesn't.

Who do you want to decide your treatments and your end of life time?

A single payer only administers reimbursement from the premium pool to your provider. It has nothing else to do with your care.

Who do you want to decide about when to pull the plug on you and your family?

Another "death panel" lie.

Frankly, I believe that part of single payer reform should also include assisted suicide so that families aren't faced with that choice, and the patient can go out on their own terms.

How about instead of that, an insurance company operates ethically?

What did they hide from you?

I trust elected officials more than I trust un-elected, greedy insurance executives.

But the greedy insurance companies write the "elected officials" legislation for them, in exchange for large campaign contributions. How have your "elected officials" treated you?

If you want a government that isn't corrupt, stop electing people who are opposed to it as an institution.

But government is FORCE by definition and Corrupt bu nature! The only hope is for "LESS" corrupt government and that can only be achieved with "LESS" government!

Conservatives say government is the problem, then get elected and prove it.

Democrats say government is the answer for every problem, then they get elected and prove government is the problems, all of them!

But the greedy insurance companies write the "elected officials" legislation for them, in exchange for large campaign contributions.

OK, three things:

1. This problem would be solved with campaign finance reform, which you oppose.

2. A single payer system means there are no insurance lobbyists because a single payer makes private insurance moot. That's why they're lobbying to stop it.

3. A single payer uses its leverage to negotiate for cheaper costs, which your Part-D prevented Medicare from doing.

But government is FORCE by definition and Corrupt bu nature

This is your inherent bias, informed by 40 years of Conservative propaganda.

Conservatives have manipulated you into opposing the institution of government by spreading lies and acting in bad faith.

Conservatives say government is the problem, then get elected and prove it.

The Democrats, yes.

The Republicans, no.

That's why I vote for Democrats.

Republicans are not trustworthy.

And you believe you can tell em apart just by the party labels attached to their names, right? How did Obamacare serve you?

Is this a circular discussion? They hide any number of things in the fine print, like lifetime caps, not covering hospital stays, ambulance rides, etc.

And you believe all of that will be taken care of by Single Payer, and cost less too right?

And you believe all of that will be taken care of by Single Payer, and cost less too right?

That's correct.

A single payer means no more provider networks, which means you have more choice.

Do you not like choice?
