Why are the radicalized right wing extremists obsessed with Justin Smollett?

I don’t give a shit about Palin anymore than I do for Smollett.
In the first six weeks of 2019 there were 28 murders but yet this idiot made national news because he alleges someone yelled MAGA. One has to wonder if this incident would have gotten the same attention if a democrat were in office

What pisses me off the most is the cost and resource used to handle this case that could have been used to solve 28 murders. I hope the city sends him a bill.

Or the Crystal Mangum false accusations against the Duke lacrosse team. Rev. Al's race pimp brother Rev. Jesse said in that case the Rainbow/PUSH coalition would pay for Mangum's tuition even if she fabricated the story.

The reason the far right republicunts are obsessed with Mollett is because it diverts attention away from the Mueller investigation.
