That's solely because of your shitty Russia Tax Cut.

You promised that the Russia Tax Cut would result in increased economic activity, and that would be seen in increased revenues.

However, there weren't increased revenues. In fact, revenues for 2018 were below revenues for 2017.

April's receipts are always going to be higher because that's the tax deadline.
