Head East was a vastly underrated band. I saw them at a movie theater back in the late 70's, they were great!

Head East is just one of a number of very talented bands that never made it out of local nightclubs in the late 70's - early 80's.
Here's another one. Album name changes and song rearrangement (shortening) didn't help their popularity.

I really enjoy hearing music/artists from other cultures and especially other languages.

Although changed into English, this Icelandic group is amazing. Love their songs.

Дельфин is kind of a weird electronic, spoken word-art group, but my relatives in St Petersburg turned me on to them and now I kind of like it!

That's my favorite thing about this thread, I get to hear music and artists that I've never heard before.
