Well, you have to admit...'petty' is what this administration has brought to the swamp. Most of trump's tweets are petty stabs at 'others'. He doesn't understand that he was elected to represent all Americans.
To state that 'most govt. workers are Democrats, so the shutdown won't harm him politically' is about as petty as you get...delusions notwithstanding.
I think she's teaching him that there are indeed checks and balances in govt.. That's something that he didn't have to deal with in the first two years of his administration.
If it's petty on Pelosi's part, it's acceptable. It's the only thing trump knows.
