Confederate plaque removed from Texas state Capitol

liket hat would ever happen,

most nut-bags are just happy yelling at inanimate objects, and cheer when a local politician gives in to the triggered and has one removed.

Threedee said he wouldn't break the law by taking them off private property. When given permission to try, he still refused.

I think most adults think that Confederate flags of surrender or just fine

Apparently you think all CSA flags are fine since you make no effort to remove them. Opportunity still stands. No one believes you'll try but that's your choice.

make sure you use chlorine bleach when you wash them otherwise the white will get a little dingy

Because I don't live in one.

The challenge wasn't about attacking anything but you being a man. As usual, you find some excuse to lessen the hurt that you'll never be one. Go play dress up, GI Joe.

Yeah, I can't imagine why a Confederate clown would open fire upon an American patriot who gets too close to his mobile home.

Hi Flash,

Urban legend.

Saw it in Dallas.

But then of course, that's the kind of thing that, as an American, sticks in my memory.

I understand respect for the flag. I know the US Flag Code.

Always hurts when I see someone disrespecting the flag.

Happens all the time with these Trump supporters.

A lot of them are totally trashing the American flag, and I don't like seeing that.

Not at all, I don't.

All I can figure is they just don't know any better.

They seem to be wanting to show patriotism.

But I think it's more a way of saying they want to trash America their way.

I stand against that.

So I never miss a chance to express how I feel about that.

It's disrespectful.

Because somebody chose to fly the flag that way does not make it something Texas ever approved of or had a policy supporting. You are using one example to make a huge, mistaken, conclusion.

Of course, the flag code allows state flags to be flown at the same level as the American flag.

You are making a big jump trying to connect an urban legend about flags to Trump supporters--spreading negative misinformation.
