Missing work again next week.
Didn't she say she would retire if she couldn't go full steam?

she will stay as long as she can go “full steam,” she says, and she sees as ... end of the Trump presidency if she can

You’re holding Ruth to her word, that’s rich for a Littlefinger supporter.

If she's healthy enough to be there and do her job, I can't bitch. But, how many employers would keep an employee who cannot show up for work?
How many employees have a lifetime appointment? SC Justices aren’t typical employees. She working, she just at home.

True, but can you answer my question? Many employers fire employees for taking too much time off for health reasons. Am I correct?

typical deflective noise post -your specialty

No, it’s stating the truth, it’s hilarious that you expect Ruth to keep her word and not Trump, you can’t do that.
She is recovering from surgery, it’s short term, she will be at full steam soon. It is temporary, I’m sure when she made the statement she was thinking long term.

It depends on the employer.

Yes, in some cases it does. But, if you can't show up for work you are of no benefit to your employer.
Ginsberg should be in the chambers with the other justices while discussing their cases. If she can
return in a reasonable time and make sound judgements, so be it. But if she can't, I wish she would
consider retirement.

The perfect argument against yourself. She is working at home. That is a benefit. You do know in his first decade on the bench, Thomas asked zero questions. He falls asleep regularly. The Supreme Court arguments can be heard on CSPAN. I am sure she has access to those too.

I think she will if she can’t do her job. There is no indication that is the case.

Read the post you just quoted. Let it sink in, especially the second line. Watching CSPAN is not a benefit, being face to face with the rest of the justices discussing their cases is.

The rest of your post is psychobabble.

Trump has kept his word on the wall, re-negotiations with NAFTA and China and tax reform.
He's performed as well or better then I expected

Ginsberg made the claim, you give her a pass.why is this not surprising?

No, no wall and there won’t be.
NAFTA II didn’t change NAFTA, it hasn’t been signed into law, yet
No deal with China, yet

You have low standards

He said wall was day one and the Mexicans would pay for it. That what happened? NAFTA is almost exactly what it was before. All Trump TV. China has no treaty. He is fighting them with a tariff war. The tax reform was a big tax break for the wealthy and corporations. It was essentailly meaningless to the rest of us. Your evaluations are as superficial as Trumps knowledge of governance.
I don't remember Trump promising a government shut down. Not did he say he would operate with so many administration spots empty. He did not mention he was hiring lobbyists to run the agencies thay worked for. Nor did he explain the fact he would lose so many department heads to scandal and crime. The Keystone Kops were better run.
