So how does that heroin get into the U.S. generally, and the Philadelphia region specifically?

Here are some answers, drawn from Inquirer reporting and recent DEA reports. (Local DEA representatives could not comment for this article Wednesday, because as part of the government shutdown, they may speak to reporters only about national security issues.)

So you aren't sure that if by stopping the crossings, in other areas, and forcing them to use the ports more then usual; that the US isn't going to be able to put more focus on the ports of entry, by using the personnel that are now engaged in finding those who do cross in the areas other then the ports??

Do visitors enter your home through the exterior doors or do they climb in, through your windows?
