They're not blue collar...they're criminals and the standards for hiring them are virtually non-existent. You can't find qualified people to do this job, so you lower the qualifications until you can.

Trump as a master builder and deal maker should have great ideas on urban renewal for these areas. It would revitalize the area, create jobs. He alone can do it!
