He ran in 1988, then again in 2008. Now aged 76, he runs will be the oldest presidential nominee in US history if he runs in 2020. There is no frontrunner. The campaign has not begun. Biden is very smart and knows politics and the law. But there will be about 20 running early.
 
Someone want to teach Legion some new material? I've been here a year, and seen more repeats then I can count. Just today, I've seen new versions of the same old boring shit, several times. He's got nothing, and still keeps trying. He's like the neutered dog, that humps everything.
