But this isn't proving that the ACA caused massive premium increases. In fact, these premium increases appear to be below what the rates of premium increases were before the ACA.

So what point are you trying to make? That the ACA has stopped the skyrocketing growth of premiums and brought that growth under control.

Strange. I guess healthcare costs never went up before Obama. Then there was the time Trump said he was going get everyone better healthcare cheaper, or something like that. Whatever happened to that?
