In the United States, an executive order is a directive issued by the President of the United States that manages operations of the federal government and has the force of law. The legal or constitutional basis for executive orders has multiple sources.

DACA is a "LAW"! 'Executive order'. So how come when Trump creates an EXEC order, it's legal, but Obama's wasn't?

EOs are NOT laws you fool. The constitution says only congress can write laws and that settles it. EOs are just policy statements of the president or explanations of how the president will enforce a real law passed by congress. DACA was obozo's explanation of how he was NOT going to enforce immigration laws and was going to HELP illegals break the law. That is obstruction of justice.
