Collusion has a specific legal definition—and it just doesn’t apply in elections or campaign law. Even when it’s repackaged as ‘synergy’.

Really? We had many sanctions about doing business with the Russians at the time.. and sufficient problems with bribery and money laundering like the case with Vadim Mikerin and Tenex to indicate they were not our friends.

Where can I find this information? I prefer to read the actual court documents so give me case details.

But back to Mullet’s appointment: SP’s aren’t typically appointed to do intelligence gathering and indict foreigners since that can be done by the IC and any federal prosecutor just as effectively—and much cheaper.

Hacking of emails is a crime. It is investigated as a crime. It has nothing to do with intelligence gathering. Foreign interference in US campaigns is a crime. It is investigated as a crime.
We have an SP because the case involves possible illegal actions by a current President and his campaign.

The truth is that Donald Trump shows himself to be the kind of guys who almost certainly has violated MANY laws...and for the morons on the right to act as though it is almost impossible that he has violated any...IS LAUGHABLE.
