Polling Shows That On Health Costs, ObamaCare Was A Massive Failure

The most utterly humiliated and discredited name in news is your source. :rofl2:

CNN is literally watched less than Spongebob at this point because it constantly reports fake news as hard fact, still mindlessly worships Obama at every turn while being openly hostile to anyone who doesn't despise Trump, encourages fascist political violence against conservative dissent, puts Democrat spin on every news story, lies to hurt conservative judges, constantly gets caught lying to hurt President Trump, stages phony news events to advance Constitution-shredding Democrat policies, pushes hysterical extremist DNC talking points instead of practicing actual journalism, and even their own people condemn them as partisan propaganda.

Nobody ever argued that the sleazy scam that Obama's illegal, trillion-dollar health care takeover was built on wasn't luring people into nanny state dependence (at the expense of health care, fiscal sanity, basic rights and liberties, etc). That WAS the argument against it, early and often. Duh.

This was known and talked about (and part of the age-old 'screw everything and everyone for Democrat power' strategy of the left) from the beginning. People don't want to take perceived benefits away, even when they watched with their own eyes as the system that more than 80% of Americans were happy with was obliterated by said "benefits" over a fake crisis.

Obamacare opponents (sane people) have always acknowledged that Democrats are skillful demagogues and scam-artists. This is nothing new.

More than a trillion dollars to shred the Constitution, further bankrupt the country, and make everything worse for health care? "Requires the necessary tweaking" is the understatement of the century.

It would be difficult for it to get any worse.

:0) You had me fooled for a moment. I was looking forward to debating a semi-intellectual conservative, but I'll settle for playing with a radiohead.

You confuse reliable reporting with ratings. Not smart .. and instead of wasting time debating ratings, wisdom would have moved you to simply post counter evidence from Brietbart or the Rush Limbaugh Show to 'support' your argument about sources and integrity. But you didn't do that, huh?

Question: How is it you get to speak for 'people?' People can speak for themselves. This is from a source you can trust ..

New Fox News Poll: Obamacare’s Popularity Is at an All Time High

Dude, you're just spewing emotions totally unfounded by facts.

Yes, you do lie a lot.

Dispelling Obamacare Cost Saving Myths: Obamacare did "little to nothing" about costs.

Obamacare was never designed to completely lower costs; what it was designed to do was brunt the impact of rising costs by either slowing them down, or by providing subsidies to those who qualify. In that, it succeeded, and you can see that plainly in the fact that premium increases post-ACA were slower than increases pre-ACA, and the fact that 24 million people gained coverage.

Health Premiums Have Climbed $4,865 Since Obama Promised to Cut Them $2,500

No what Obama promised. What he said was that the average family would save $2,500 thanks to the subsidies. He said the average family would save that much out-of-pocket, and that was completely true and best exemplified by Julie Boonstra.

You know who Julie Boonstra is, right?

And no, hiding the obscene costs of garbage socialist health care by grouping it with taxes, and by letting people die on waiting lists, does not make anything "cheaper." It's literally just hiding how much more you're paying for so much less. And bargaining for cheaper drugs does not require a socialist system. Do you ever tell the truth?

No waiting lists have been established and you're just flaming now because you have an ideological block on your brain that is preventing you from accepting truth.

Why do you think we spend twice as much per patient to deliver health care that doesn't result in higher ranking health metrics?

Simple; insurance company and drug company profits.

Those are the two primary reasons why health care is so expensive in the US.

That's not what he promised with his $2500 statements. But do keep kissing his black ass, nl.

The primary reason healthcare is so expensive is that people who don't have it still get care and those of us that have done what is necessary to provide it to ourselves get charged more. There's an easy way to stop it. You don't have coverage, three options apply. Pay for it yourself, get a bleeding heart like you that claims you care to pay for it on your behalf, or do without. I don't really give a shit as long as those who have done the responsible thing aren't footing the bill for those that refuse to do so.

You and yours aren't my concern since it's not my responsibility to give a fuck about you.

Translation: Spending more than a trillion dollars to illegally take over and destroy a system that more than 80% of Americans were happy with (based on a 100% invented crisis) isn't a catastrophe because insurance rates doubled and tripled at a barely noticeable but still slightly less astronomical pace...THAT'S worth national bankruptcy.

So, funny how you say 80% of Americans were happy with the health care system. That's fine, because it wasn't the health care system that was reformed...it was health insurance.

Health care and health insurance are two completely different things.

The reason 80% of Americans were happy with the health care system was because most of them are on government health care. More people are enrolled in Medicare than any single insurance plan. More people are enrolled in Medicaid than any single insurance plan. More people are enrolled in the VA than any single insurance plan. S-CHIP covers about 15 million kids. All told, about 1/3 of the American population is already on some kind of government-run insurance plan. So that's why so many people were happy.

Gallup patient satisfaction surveys confirm that point...Americans with government-run insurance plans are the most satisfied.

Americans With Government Health Plans Most Satisfied
NOVEMBER 6, 2015
Americans' satisfaction with the way the healthcare system works for them varies by the type of insurance they have. Satisfaction is highest among those with veterans or military health insurance, Medicare and Medicaid, and is lower among those with employer-paid and self-paid insurance. Americans with no health insurance are least satisfied of all.

Ouch.

Ouch.

There's an easy way to save lots of money. Get rid of SCHIP and require the parents of those kids to do for their own what they demand those of us that aren't their parents be forced to do. It's a sad day when a kid's own parents won't do for their own. What's worse is idiots like you that believe those of us that didn't get the pussy it came out of or have the pussy it came out of should hold a greater responsibility to that kid than the one getting it or having it.

Kind of hard to poll the dead, genius. LOL IG Report: 300,000 Veterans Died While Waiting for Health Care at VA

Which has nothing to do with the function of government-run insurance.

Besides, you're the ones who refused to fund the VA. So you break something, then say we can't have this thing because look how broken it is.

Republicans say government is the problem, then get elected and prove it.

You're an idiot.

But my understanding was that the hundreds of millions of dollars that go into paying people to research and develop a drug for years have to be compensated in order for it to still be profitable to research and develop drugs, which is why they are always so expensive in the short run to begin with.

Who's funding most of that research?

Oh right, the National Institutes for Health. In other words, taxpayers. Drug companies aren't spending SHIT on research. All their spending is in advertising and marketing.

You're an idiot.

Thanks Obama, now you're coming around, Dilbert

and what subsidies, I didn't get any subsidies, where's my subsidy

Well, the subsidies depend on your income, and if you're purchasing insurance on the marketplace, not through your employer.

and my health care costs went up, way up. So if I missed something please inform

Bullshit. You're lying. Prove it.

Obama lied, you know he lied I know he lied we know he lied

He didn't lie about anything. You're trying to imagine he said something he didn't, and then you're misconstruing what he may or may not have said because you're an untrustworthy, duplicitous piece of shit liar who lies about himself on internet message boards to lend his shit argument credibility it doesn't otherwise have on the facts.
