How many times is trump going to breathlessly claim to the American media that he has a deal with a foreign power that will help America, only to have that foreign power, within a day or two, explain that there never was a deal?

All I have heard are Trumps lies, and saw the stock market reaction to those lies. Did China end the tariffs on American auto's? Was there a major agreement between trump and China?
