Marriage is a civil right, protected by the 14th Amendment. It's also a contract between two people. Choosing to be a Christian is not.

I really do believe this choice thing is how uber Conservative homosexual haters cope with their homosexual tendencies. They really want to, or have, participated in homosexual activities, then pretend they are morally superior to honest people who are openly homosexual, by thinking they have made the choice not to be gay today, kinda overly antigay. They are so anti gay to cover their own tendencies. Kinda reminds me of a story...

I grew up in a small central Indiana town. For the most part I knew everyone from the town Mayor to the town drunk. For a period of several years it was a well known phenomenon porno would turn up at all kinds of weird places in town. A magazine stuck under the door mat of a downtown business, or in the mail box of the attorneys office, in the bathrooms at the park and on and on. For years no one really knew where it was coming from, but it was always left where someone would find and have to look at it. They those damn security cameras started showing up at every damn parking lot in the world. It wasnt long until the porn guy was caught. He was a local preacher in one of the downtown churches. I did not go to that church but I knew people that did, they said looking back he preached a lot of sermons on porno and its addicting tendencies.
