it does recognize tariffs are hurting it's GDP/market shares -and it's whole economy is based on explosive GDP growth
 
So what I'm reading is that there was no actual agreement at all and no actual terms were negotiated or signed

They just had some promises

Sort of like Kim's promise to NK

The difference with China and the US is that China is really feeling the tariffs; while NK gets to cheat on the sanctions due to China cheating

What we have is the Midwest farmers starving because they were used as pawns. Prices on appliances are up. Auto manufacturers are moving overseas at a record pace.

And lastly, China will now begin buying small amounts of U.S ag products 'as needed', but at lower levels than pre tariff agreements.
