You have to get a license to get married. There are special tax considerations if you're married. There are different laws concerning married people in the courtroom. They control who gets what if you want to end your marriage. Etc.

The most basic of government services is sufficient government. What you name is under 1% of government spending, and can be paid for by usage fees rather than general taxes. Only in the sh1t- filled skull of a dumb**** lib would justification for a government to provide roads justify the federal government controlling every aspect of our lives.

Do libs hate it that people are still free not to hook up to government electricity?
