That is a total right-wing bullshit meme that is a flat out lie. Obama spoke extemporaneously many times showing how intelligent and knowledgeable he is. If you recall, not long after he won, he went to a rightwing meeting of their politicains and told them" I am here,fire away" What do you have? And he schooled them like the biased children they are. After awhile some rightys said it wasn't fair because they did not prepare. Neither did Brack.

Obama was NEVER a great orator. He does pretty good off a teleprompter (if you can stand his snake-like cadence), but he has always stumbled and stammered when he's off the cuff. Even with a teleprompter, his command of the English language is quite limited. I mean, corpse-man, seriously? What well read person can't pronounce basic words?
