There is no first amendment right to a press pass, but you seem to have conveniently ignored the rest when the judge said that once you let some reporters into the White House and try to exclude others, it becomes a 1st amendment issue.

yes.....Congress has hearings......administrative bureaus have hearings......even refugees seeking asylum get hearings......a court doesn't have to be involved to determine something as minor as a press pass......
Sure they do.. You completely missed the point.. CNN backed by other news outlets sued the Trump administration.

Free press coupled with no. 5, due process. He is not losing it. If Trump had any clue, he would just not call on him. Trump made it big deal so he could get greater power over the press. Good to be the king.

I've missed nothing.....the White House office which issues press passes is the logical entity to conduct the due process hearing that the court said is required.......the CNN law suit will only result in a decision whether he is entitled to due process......the court has already signaled it will decide he does......this judge will not conduct such a hearing......that isn't how it works.......

he already has ......in the OP of one of these threads the judge said he agreed with the argument there is no First Amendment right involved.......so it isn't "free press coupled with due process".......

Maybe there should be a media blackout on Trump.. The country could use a break from his lies and nincompoopery.
