The fact that this race is so close that a federal judge pushed the certification date to Friday to allow the counting of all ballots seems to indicate there are plenty of outstanding votes that could reduce Kemp to below 50%. A federal judge wouldn't have made that decision if there weren't enough outstanding ballots that could put Kemp below 50%. That's a dead giveaway.
