Yeh bullshit, they are terrified and any laughter is of the nervous variety.
Perhaps... Trump is delusional.. He manages to play golf in the rain.
He did it again this morning.. saying he will not authorize any Federal funds for the fire victims in California. Americans hate him and its getting worse.

In Trump's defense, to my knowledge Trump didn't say: no, I don't want to go, it's raining.
The white house story is Marine 1 wouldn't fly due to weather conditions / flying conditions. Doesn't mean it excuses Trump's absence. Reportedly 80 other world leaders attended. But Trump has a tiny fig leaf on this one, plenty big enough fig leaf for this occasion.
