HUGE!! Trump to end birthright citizenship!!!

This is just like when you idiots followed suit when Trump claimed he could ban ALL MUSLIMS from entering the Country.

You don't believe an illegal immigrant is subject to the jurisdiction of the United States? You mean we cant arrest them? We cant hold them? We cant detain them? If they shoot someone we cant prosecute them? If they earn money we cant tax them? Idiotic. But its because of people like you that we have Trump.

Do you even know what jurisdiction is?

Incredibly Stupid. Did you go to 6th Grade?

That's a terrible argument, Brad. That's like saying that a person who breaks into your house can't be prosecuted because they aren't in your family.

Incredibly stupid, especially someone claiming to be a lawyer. How did you ever pass the Bar?

This is long overdue. The word "jurisdiction" in the 14th amendment obviously means POLITICAL jurisdiction not legal jurisdiction. And kids born to illegals inherit the nationality of the mother and are under the political jurisdiction of her country.

Citizenship is defined by Congress and the GOP congress won't ever go for it.

its obvious that your going to get a friendly court to file a TRO on this which is fine. For something this major im perfectly willing to wait for it to make its way up to the SC.

A good lawyer, Brad, doesn't attempt shitty arguments that a non-lawyer like me can destroy with a simple internet search.

Brad is a bottom-feeder who's rarely gone to trial. His specialty was extorting settlements from insurers (who would have paid out anyway, eventually in many cases) on behalf of poor clients whose share of the proceeds was drastically reduced by Brad's contingency fee.

Word gets around, though, and it seems that his reputation has caught up to him.

Now he's reduced to a sour grapes excuse for his lack of work.

I intentionally keep a small but valuable caseload.

im ready to follow the legal process and let the supreme court decide.

Typical ambulance chaser.

I sat on a jury in a case involving one of the local ambulance chasers as the plaintiff's attorney. While there was no denial by the defense attorney or his client caused the problem, it was obvious that the plaintiff's attorney was trying to do. As a jury, we awarded the plaintiff nothing.
