Nationalism is the way of the world -there is no getting around it
we organize societies under the umbrella of the nation state.
Nation states make policies, and negotiate for their own best interest.
Ergo a policy of nationalism is a true reflection of the make up of the world.

You can be damn sure China pursues a nationalist agenda..they only do what is best for China short and long term.
It would be foolish for us and other nation states not to do the same.

I use the term "economic nationalism" to specifically separate that out from any confusion of the bastardization of that term by the KKK or other racist/xenophobic groups. These sub groups attach their sick agenda to a legitimate pursuit of a economic nationalist agenda. But i'm not about to abandon true nationalist agenda bacause of other sick fucks
