That you believe it adversely impacts liberals is incidental. These smaller states could just as easily be democrat states.

Right now...and for the foreseeable future, the mechanics of the Electoral College WILL FAVOR Republicans over Democrats...or, said another way, favor American conservatives over liberals and moderates.

The less than 600,000 people of Wyoming, for instance, each have 3 electoral votes in the Electoral College. The 40,000,000 people of California have 55. If they were closer to equal representation...they would have over 200.

That is an obscene skewing.

I don't know why they do a popular poll, the only one that matters is the electoral poll and Hillary is still winning the electorate.
