Anyway, as people never tire of telling me - nothing to hide nothing to fear.
Even if the outcome is terrible for the US, what's the UN going to do anyway? Issue a damning report? I'm sure the US has had enough of them over Guantanamo and it had precious little effect.

Ahhhh a well timed politcal plea to have the UN investigate racism in America. And it just so happens that a man from a different race is running for President. What are the odds ? I'm curious if we will be scrutinized for how we treat women too. Fair is Fair.

The point is if anyone is going to get into a state about the UN interfering in US affairs, after they have been invited in, then you have your targets aimed incorrectly.
Don't blame the guest, have a go at the bloke sending the invitations.
