Liar Ford Should Be Indicted For Perjury.

She didn't say she wasn't there. She said she didn't recall being there. That's very different. There are thousands of places I've been in my life that I don't recall having been. If someone asked me if I've ever been to Atlanta, I'd say I have no recollection of having been there. I wouldn't say I've never been there, because it's entirely possible I flew through there at some point, and it just didn't make an impression. If someone characterized my "I have no recollection" as me saying I'd never been there, that would be a lie. Kavanaugh intentionally lied under oath. What should his punishment be for that?

Is Susan Colins lying?

Mark Judge denied under penalty of felony that he had witnessed an assault. P.J. Smith, another person allegedly at the party, denied that he was there under penalty of felony. Professor Ford’s lifelong friend, Leland Kaiser, indicated that under penalty of felony she does not remember that party. And Ms. Kaiser went further. She indicated that not only does she not remember a night like that, but also that she does not even know Brett Kavanaugh.

Do yourself a favor and STFU; we know you're a lying asshole on steroids. You don't have to prove it every damned day.

Is Susan Colins lying?

No. Her propaganda speech stuck to the facts. She didn't claim, for example, that Kaiser said she wasn't there, but instead accurately said that she did not remember the party. Kavanaugh, on the other hand, lied under oath about what Kaiser said. So, what should his penalty be for lying under oath?

Since you've cowered from the question dozens of times now, I'll answer for you:

You believe he should have no penalty for lying under oath, because you think crimes committed for the sake of the conservative movement's objectives are to be excused.

Poor Mrs. Ford...I hope she gets the help she so desperately needs. Perhaps someone can help her remember who it was that assaulted her... as well as when and where.

No. Her propaganda speech stuck to the facts.

How is it a propaganda speech you lying dolt?

So even with the proof you want to act like a dolt. You go for it snowflake.

This is what an argument with you looks like:

Now you're bloviating strawmen and lying. You don't have any shame do you snowflake?

He didn't lie as I have indicated. Yet you keep lying that he did with ZERO evidence.

How is it a propaganda speech

"Propaganda" is a derogatory term for information used to promote or publicize a particular political cause or point of view. It can be spoken, written, or in a visual format.

He didn't lie as I have indicated.

The following statements are both true:

(1) Kavanaugh testified, under oath, that "....all four witnesses who were allegedly at the event have said it didn’t happen, including Dr. Ford’s longtime friend, Ms. Keyser..."

(2) At the time, Kavanaugh knew that the four witnesses had not actually said the event didn't happen -- they merely said they didn't remember the event. In fact, Keyser said that although she didn't have a personal memory of the event, she believed Ford was telling the truth.

So, Kavanaugh chose to lie under oath, as you can see. What do you think his punishment for that perjury should be?

She stood in front of the entire country under oath and deliberately tried to destroy a man's life with phony sexual assault allegations with no evidence and no credible witnesses and did it under the guise of social justice because Kavanaugh just happened to be a pro life, white conservative male. This is the definition of guilty until proven innocent and a travesty of justice. Everything unamerican was on full display from little miss boo hoo me too.

So instead of going to jail, little miss boo hoo me too with her phony little girl voice (Will she keep talking like that every time she goes out in public?) will rake in millions as the new Anita Hill victim extraordinaire of the left with lots of appearances on CNN and the late night TV pseudo comic shows and book signings across the great plain.

This is one reason why we must keep fighting these people and why Republicans of all stripes, never Trumpers, Trump supporters and establishment types everywhere are united like never before.

Not only should the lying cunt be brought up on charges, they should investigate that old hag Feinstein and Avenatti. Charge them all

Rachel's report wasn't political you lying dunce.

So tell me; do you think there is a distinction between saying it didn't happen and denying any memory of the party or no recollection of a party? That is asinine. But then, so are much of your posts.

Which lies, in particular? If you could cite what she said and then the evidence that it was a lie, specifically, that would be helpful.

In the meantime, what should the penalty be for Kavanaugh's perjury?

Not playing silly lib games, you know damn well every single inconsistency in her testimony, and I'm sure, have an issued answer that you know by rote. Since I'm feeling charitable, and to demonstrate my point. She lied about fear of flying.

Kavanaugh did not lie, or he would have never been appointed. So can it with your silly little issued talking points.

We win, you lose. Get used to it.

Death by guillotine.

Rachel's report wasn't political....

Collins's statement was, by definition, a political speech, and easily meets the definition of propaganda. Apparently you didn't know what that word meant. Now you do. You're welcome. I'm happy to continue to be your tutor... but, again, if you want to make quick progress, you'll need to do some work "outside of class," so to speak. Considering picking up some quality newspapers or history books and making time to read them. Good luck.

So tell me; do you think there is a distinction between saying it didn't happen and denying any memory of the party or no recollection of a party?

Of course there is. Think it through. Do you remember every event that has ever happened in your life? If so, you've got a freakish memory and can probably make good money as some sort of carnival sideshow act. But if, like nearly all humans, you only remember a subset of things that have happened in your life, then you recognize the distinction between saying something didn't happen and saying you don't remember it. Kavanaugh is well aware of that distinction, too. As a judge, he would have heard many witnesses over the years testifying about not having a recollection of something, and he'd know better than to interpret that as the same as if they'd testified that it didn't happen. Yet he chose to lie to the senate, by claiming they said it didn't happen. So, what do you think the penalty should be for lying under oath that way?

Not playing silly lib games

You're playing typical cowardly conservative games. When challenged to identify a lie and the evidence that it's a lie, you cower behind evasions and whine, rather than stepping up and answering. Do you imagine we can't see what you're doing?

Since I'm feeling charitable, and to demonstrate my point. She lied about fear of flying.

First, the thread here is about perjury, so the question is whether she lied under oath. Did she testify under oath in some way that was untrue? For example, did she testify that she never flies, when in fact we can show she does. Or is this more of a matter of you taking her unsworn statement about having a fear of flying and then reading her mind and saying she must be lying? Remember, just because people have been on planes doesn't mean they have no fear of flying. I'm afraid of public speaking, but have spoken in public many times. I avoid public speaking when I can without too much difficulty, but am able to make myself do it if there's enough of a reward for doing so, or enough of a penalty for refusing. If I testified under oath that I have a fear of public speaking, and someone claimed I lied based simply on the fact that he could identify a number of times I'd spoken in public, that person would be an imbecile, obviously. If, on the other hand, I swore that I'd never spoken in public, and in fact I had, that would be a lie.

Kavanaugh did not lie, or he would have never been appointed.

Did Kavanaugh swear, under oath, that the four supposed attendees at the party all said it didn't happen? [Hint: the answer is yes.] Did the four supposed attendees at the party all say it didn't happen? [Hint: they did not.] Did Kavanaugh know he was misreporting what they said? [Hint: it's inconceivable that he did not.]

So, Kavanaugh chose to lie under oath about what those people said. What do you think his penalty should be for perjuring himself that way?
